To make a reservation or to request additional information, please include as much information as possible in the following form. Our booking agent will then contact you to confirm the information, make the necessary modifications and make arrangements for the deposit.

DEPOSITS
All deposits can be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Checks and money order can be made out to Costa Rica Ventures and mailed to the following address:

If paying by check or money order, to secure your reservation all deposits must be received within 10 days of your reservation. If an extension is requested, reservations will be assumed confirmed, and cancellation policies will apply.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations can be made by calling our booking office toll free at 1-866-466-5090, or by e-mail .

Final Payments due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received 60 prior to arrival will be assessed a $50 per person penalty. Cancellations 31-59 days prior to arrival will be subject to 50% penalty. Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
